    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
    • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
      • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
      • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
      • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
    • Delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes.
  1. Shipping Carriers
    We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  2. Shipping Restrictions
    • We do not ship to Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Belarus, or Russia.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided link.
  2. Lost or Damaged Packages
    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@ellistonfineart.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) for faster resolution.
  1. Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
